To teach the French language to non-French or poorly French-speaking groups in order to enable them to integrate and access the job market in France.
Integration period: Becoming part of the training group, committing to a charter of good training practice, taking on board the objectives and outlines of the training, understanding the proposed teaching methods and the tools available. Regain self-confidence and confidence in others, know how to manage emotions and stress.
Basic foundation: FLE/ORAL: knowing the Latin alphabet (upper case, lower case)
Module 1 Oral comprehension: understanding letter-sound correspondence. Discovering simple syntax
Module 2 Oral expression: Reading and producing syllables/ Discovering first words (using the welcome guide published specifically for Ukrainian refugees)
Module 3 Written comprehension: identifying and understanding complex spelling (different types of writing) Deciphering instructions (safety - notice boards). Read your first documents. Learning to make sense of a text (overall text analysis)
Module 4 Written expression: completing administrative or professional documents. Producing your first written statements - Sectoral workshops to prepare for integration into working life
Module 5 Preparing to work in France: discovering the main characteristics of France. Prepare for successful social and professional integration rooted in French cultural realities. Develop your interactive communication skills.
Module 6 Discovering job sectors: Agriculture, Construction, Hotels/restaurants, Commerce, Personal services - Presentation of professions and working conditions. Identification of the skills required. Diplomas and equivalences.
Module 7 Working on your transferable skills: Choosing a career - Knowing how to communicate your own cross-disciplinary skills. Valuing your qualities on a CV or during an interview
Module 8 Preparing to work in the chosen professional sector: Adopting the vocabulary and behaviours conducive to professional integration in the chosen sector. Find out about the different jobs available. Identify job offers and prepare to respond to them
